1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bomps platform operated by XSAVY GmbH, a company registered in Germany. By creating an account or using any Bomps service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid features are billed according to the plan selected at signup. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by German law, XSAVY GmbH's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
